Before founding the firm in 2020, Daria was a partner in the financial services technology practice of a global professional services firm, where she led core modernization work for banking clients. She began her career in technology risk at a global bank and later led payments programs in retail banking. She serves on the board of a digital bank and advises a university fintech research centre.

Before founding the firm in 2020, Daria was a partner in the financial services technology practice of a global professional services firm, where she led core modernization work for banking clients. Daria writes Notes from the Ledger, a monthly letter on finance and technology, and speaks regularly on modernization, real-time payments and responsible AI in regulated industries.
